Development Grants:Abbeydorney GAA Club received over €9,000 in Development Grant last Tuesday Night at the Manor West Hotel from Munster Council with Tom Healy Vice Chairman there to accept the Cheque on behalf of GAA Club.

Physical Conditioning Workshop presented by Pat Flanagan on Wednesday next 27th February @ 7.30pm at Firies GAA Clubhouse, Farranfore. Cost €15 per person.

Care and Management of Sportsfields: An information meeting will be held in Fels Point Hotel,Tralee on Monday next 25th February @ 8pm entitled 'The Care and Management of Sportsfields' in association with Sports Irrigation Ireland. The Speakers at this meeting will be John Killoran of crop care amenity and Joe Mawson of York Martin International which will be of interest to all GAA Clubs.

Abbeydorney GAA Club Development meeting will be held next Thursday at Abbeydorney Parish Community Hall at 8pm.

Please Note Abbeydorney GAA Club Final 6 Monthly Draw will be held next Sunday 2nd March. All promoters please have draw books in by 9pm.

Coiste Chontae Chiarrai Coaching and Games Development
Paudie Butler the National Director of Hurling is paying a coaching visit to Kerry on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th February. This would be of great benefit to our club if all club coaches would attend (coaches from U8 to Minor) for these sessions.
The Following are the sessions:

Tuesday 19th February
11.00-12.30pm U8-U10 Primary Schools Kids fundamentals session in Ballyheigue Community Centre.
4.30- 6.00pm Causeway Comp U15 Team in Ballyheigue GAA Pitch
7.00- 8.00pm Kerry u11 Team Mountcoal Community Centre St Senans Pitch
8.00-9.00pm Kerry U14 Team Mountcoal Community Centre St Senans Pitch

On Thursday night next the 21st February in Abbeydorney Community Centre (opposite Primary School) @9.00pm there will be a Presentation by John Bergin on the Fun Do learning resource Park for Clubs. In this pack there are 5 Learning reasources, 3 DVDS AND 2 DVD ROMs.This is a must for every club. It is important that all club trainers and officers attend.
