Kerry Minor Hurling Team Win Christy Ring Shield
Kerry Minor Development squad traveled to Cork to take part in the Christy Ring Minor Tournament on Saturday last. All games were 15 minutes a side and the other participants were club teams. The Kerry team first met Bruff and won the game 2-08 to 0-04. Next they met St Finbarr's from Cork and won that game with a score of 1-05 to 0-04.
In the final they met Blarney and won that with a score of 1-08 to 2-02, Tadgh Moore Dr Crokes was Captain of the Kerry Minor Hurling Team, well done to the players and Management on another good win.
Christy Ring Final
On Saturday next the 3rd July OShea Tralee will be running a bus to Croke Park for the Kerry vs.Westmeath Game at 4pm the Bus will leave Tralee at 8am 8.15am from Abbeydorney and Ballyduff at 8.30am, we wish Kerry hurlers well on the day a win would be great for Kerry Hurling who steadily improving since the start of the year.
North Kerry Under 10 Hurling Blitz
On Wednesday next 30th June The North Kerry Under 10 Hurling Blitz will be held in Abbeydorney starting at 6pm sharp, any teams late will be deducted points so please come early.
Cúl Camps
Cúl Camps will be held in Abbeydorney and Na Gaeil Tralee on 26th-30th July cost €55.00, please make contact with club officers.

Credit Union County Senior Hurling League: Abbeydorney 3-13 Kenmare 1-13 Two goals by Barry Sheehan in the 6th and 10th minute of the second half turned this game for O'Dorneys and some excellent points by Brian Donovan (0-9) Kenmare had Sean Ryan in top form with 0-9 from frees and play.

North Kerry Intermediate Championship: Crotta O'Neill's 1-12 Abbeydorney 1-9 This was a busy week of fixtures with the Intermediates out again on Thursday evening Abbeydorney led at H/T 0-7 to 0-5. PJ Ryan had a goal for O'Dorney in the Second half and both teams were awarded penalties which O'Dorney failed to score.

Christy Ring Cup Final
Kerry will play Westmeath in the final of the Christy Ring Final on Saturday 3rd July at Croke Park at 4pm, A supporters bus will leave the clubhouse for this match and anyone interested in traveling should contact Kathy Maunsell on mobile 087 7670556 for details.

A Bord na nÓg meeting will be held on Monday night the 21st June at 9.30pm at Gaa Clubhouse, All welcome to attend.

Causeways points scoreing was the difference between the teams with Causeway up 1-11 to ODorneys 1-1 with the aid of the breeze,Abbeydorney played very well in the second half and were back to just 1 point when Causeway pulled away with good points in the second half. best players were Sean Holden and Killian Spillane.

Munster Senior Football Semi/ Final Replay: Kerry 1-15 Cork 1-14 AET in Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
Marc Ó Sé popped over a Kerry point two minutes into injury time to force extra time on a scoreline of 1-11 apiece. Cork had led for most of the match but faded in the fourth quarter before Ciaran Sheehan's 69th-minute effort seemed to have handed them victory. But the character of the All-Ireland champions shone through in the end.

Abbeydorney and Ballyduff played in the North Kerry Under 14 Semi Final on Bank Holiday Monday last. Abbeydorney played very well in the first half and were up at half time by 3 points. In the Second half Ballyduff rattled the net with 3 good goals from Jack O'Grady to win this match. All the abbeydorney players played very well in this match and are improving with each game.

Causeway gave O'Dorney a severe hiding on Tuesday night. Causeway opened with a point from John Mike Dooley while Brian O'Donovan rattled the net for O'Dorney after 6 minutes. Causeway's first goal came from Stephen Goggin after 17 minutes. Causeway led at half time 1-8 to 1-6.
Causeway rattled O'Dorney in the second half with a goal from Cyril Dineen after 3 minutes and worse was to follow when Dooley rattled O'Dorney with a third goal after 18 minutes, . This was a game Abbeydorney will want to forget and start pulling together from here to the Senior Championship.

Abbeydorney played Kilmoyley in the Intermediate Championship s/final on Wednesday night last with both sides battling hard before half time Kilmoyley 2-2 O'Dorney 0-5, Kilmoyley's goals coming from Andy McCarthy and two points from Michael Meehan. Abbeydorney scores came from Ian Maunsell and Joe McCarthy,
Abbeydorney started to play well in the opening minutes of the second half with a goal from PJ Ryan and a free from Ian Maunsell to take the lead when both teams were reduced to 14 players and this was to prove costly for Abbeydorney with a number of players not able to attend this match, Kilmoyley got a vital goal in the dying minutes.

Christy Ring Cup S/Final: Kerry 2-17 Wicklow 2-14
Kerry are through to their first Christy Ring Cup final after Darragh O'Connell's 3 late points gave them a dramatic win over Wicklow on Saturday last in McDonagh Park Nenagh and will play Westmeath in the Final on the 3rd July.

Kerry defeated Cork in the Junior Football 1-12 to 0-9 and in the Senior Football Kerry had a late point to level the match 0-15 each.

County Intermediate Championship: Abbeydorney 2-8 Crotta O'Neill's 3-1 Venue Abbeydorney
Abbeydorney and Crotta clashed in the County Intermediate Championship in very slippery conditions with both sides level at the break 1-3 to 2-0. Abbeydorney's scores came from Ger Baker 1 goal, Ian Maunsell 0-1 and Paul McElligott 0-2. Abbeydorney's best player Mark Callaghan at centre forward worked hard for this victory over the hour. Ian Maunsell had 2 points and Ger Baker and Mark Callaghan and John Maunsell and a good goal by PJ Ryan when he was moved to full forward.
