Mass for Deceased Members
On Monday next 28th November Mass for Deceased Members of Abbeydorney GAA Club will be held at St Bernard's Church Abbeydorney at 7.30pm.

North Kerry Juvenile Awards
On Friday last North Kerry Hurling Board held their Annual Awards night at Ballyroe Heights Hotel.
The board gave a very good presentation on activities for 2011 with all competitions completed for the year.
Kerry Hurlers Jason Bowler, Shane Nolan and Mikey Boyle were also at the event with trophies for Christy Ring Cup and U 21 Cup for the year.

Special Guest Weeshie Fogarty and Kerry County Board Officers Jerome Conway and Eamon 'OSullivan and Hurling Officer Joe Walsh were in attendance.
Hall of Fame Award went to Seán Seosamh Ó Connachuir and all Juveniles were presented with awards.

Bord na nÓg Calendar
Abbeydorney Bord na nÓg Club have designed a Calendar for 2012 which will feature players and teams for the past few years, it will be on sale shortly in local shops and business outlets @ €10. each.
We hope it will be our fundraiser for 2012; the calendar will have approximately 70 photographs and might make an ideal Christmas present.
Your support will be greatly appreciated.

Plunkett McElhattan presents Cup to Jordan Conway

Eddie Hayes Hurling Tournament
Crotta O'Neill's held the Eddie Hayes under 13 Hurling Tournament on Saturday with 6 teams taking part, Lixnaw, Kilmoyley, St Brendan's,Abbeydorney,Crotta and Ballyheigue.
Abbeydorney drew with St Brendan's in the first game 1-1 apiece and defeated Kilmoyley in the second game 2-6 to 1-0. Abbeydorney did very well in all their games and qualified for the final against Crotta O'Neill's who won the competition, Sonny Egan, Crotta O'Neill's Bord na nÓg Chairman gave a run down on all previous finals and thanked all clubs for taking part and the Hayes Family Glenballyma for sponsoring one of the finest trophies and medals for an under age tournament. Saturday morning turned out to be a great day and clubs will have some fine hurlers for the future with a mix of ground hurling played at this tournament.
The hard working ladies Committee of Annette Nolan and Sarah Nolan had plenty refreshments on the day.
Abbeydorney Team Panel: Sean Holden, Dean O'Brien, Cian McCarthy (captain), Killian Spillane, Alban Stack, Jordan Walsh, Adam Dowling, Donacha Sheehan, Jonathan Sheehan, Niall O'Mahoney.
Referees for the tournament were Tony McCarthy, Lixnaw and Tim Hanafin, St. Brendan's.

AIB Munster Intermediate Hurling Championship
Congrats To Ballyduff Hurling Club on a very good hurling display at Austin Stacks Park on Sunday last holding on to win by one point in the end Ballyduff 3-8 Eire Og (Clare) 2-10 Ballyduff will meet Effin Limerick in the Final on Sunday 20th November venue and time TBC.
