Match Report: Senior Elevens of Kerry: Kilmoyley 3-9, Abbeydorney 2-11 (Final)
Kilmoyley started this game in a lively fashion, Shane Brick With his dazzlingruns at Abbeydorney defence scoring 1-2 in the first half & giving a cute pass to Michael Regan to rattle the net again for Kilmoyley & points from Sean Fitzgerald & Michael Regan & a goal disallowed by Sean Maunsell, Kilmoyley.

Abbeydorney were in no mood to let this game go and points byIvan McCarthy (0-2), Adian Healy (0-1), Kieran Hanafin (0-1), Mike Hanafin (0-1) helped narrow the gap.
Shane Brick was again the major worry for the local team getting 1-3 to leave the final score at full time Kilmoyley 3-8 Abbeydorney 2-11.
Then came the famous 2 minute extra time no score in in the first minute & in the second half of extra time it looked as if it may be penalty shoot out but Shane Brick was fouled in the last seconds of this half & stuck over the resulting free to give Kilmoyley their second cup of the year, both very entertaining finals.
