North Kerry U15 B Final: Ballyheigue 0-9 Abbeydorney 0-5
Played at Ballyheigue pitch on Sunday morning, Abbeydorney started very well with points from Brian Leen and finished the half 0-5 to 0-2.
In the second half Ballyheigue struck back with 3 points and in the last few minutes both sides had a number of chances to take the lead but failed and the game went into extra time 10 minutes per half.
Ballyheigue started better in extra time with a good point before half time to leave it Ballyheigue 0-6, O'Dorney 0-5,
In the second half of extra time Abbeydorney were fouling too much and and Ballyheigue scored 3 points to win the match.
Abbeydorney were without the services of Dara O’Connell and had a young team on the day.

Abbeydorney Ladies Create History Munster Ladies Junior Football Final  17-10-2004
Abbeydorney 3-11, Templemore (Tipperary) 2-5
Abbeydorney travelled to BallygranLimerick for Munster Junior football championship. Having earlier defeated Inch Rovers of Cork in thesemi final, theAbbeydorney Ladies took on the Tipperary Ladies with Noreen Fealy in excellent form scoring 1-7 and well supported by Helen McKenna, Catriona O'Connor, Edel O'Connell & Sinead Bunyan. Abbeydorney Finished very well. The victory was a great achievement for a Club that was founded in 1980.

Kiltale Co. Meath visited Abbeydorney on Friday - Sunday with their U14 hurling Team; on Friday night all players  met up at the GAA clubhouse. On Saturday they had a challenge game with Kiltale at 12oc. In the afternoon thy visited the Aqua Dome in Tralee and afterwards went to Ballyroe Hotel for a meal and back to the Club for a disco.
