Abbeydorney 1-4 Waterville 0-5 We were at home
to Waterville on a wet and windy Tuesday
evening last 4th. May. With
the wind blowing across the field
it was to no ones advantage. Brian
Leen opened the scoring with a
point 4 minutes into play and Darragh
O Connell scored our second one
8 minutes later with Waterville
scoring a point bringing the half
time score to 0-2
to 0-1. On the start of the second half Darragh
scored another point which was immediately
responded to from Waterville with a point.
Brian Leen scored a goal 6 minutes into the
half which Waterville responded to with
3 points bringing the bare minimum between
us. Darragh O Connell scored our final point
with seconds to go. A game
that could have gone either way
with goals been disallowed on both
sides. A hard earned victory in
difficult conditions.

the playoff's against Lispole (both teams
finished with 5 points), on Monday 10.5.2004
in Castlegregory at 7.30 pm. Players to assemble
at the sports complex at 6 pm.
